Almost everything we make is handmade to order. When you place an order or send a custom request, it is an offer to buy — we confirm it once we've reviewed the details and, for custom pieces, agreed on the design, colours, and price with you.

Because each piece is crocheted by hand, lead times vary. We'll always give you an estimated timeline and keep you updated on your order's progress.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Custom pieces may be priced individually based on size, materials, and detail. Payment is due as agreed at the time of order, and your order moves into production once payment is confirmed.

Every item is made by hand, so slight variations in size, colour, and finish are natural and part of the charm — they are not defects. Yarn colours may also appear slightly different on screen versus in person.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines begin once your piece is finished and packed. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect address details, but we'll always help you track and resolve any issues.

As our pieces are handmade — and often custom — to order, we're generally unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what was agreed, please reach out within a reasonable time and we'll make it right.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please don't misuse the store or attempt to disrupt it.

To the extent permitted by law, turtl.eberry is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the store means you accept the changes.
